Waking Ashland– Composure

Recently named one of the top 100 bands to know for 2006 by AP Magazine, Waking Ashland has everything a band needs to blow up huge in the music scene. The band's first full-length recording Composure takes a variety of beats driven by piano and guitar, finds the perfect lyric medium between up-beat and melodramatic and creates a must-hear recording. These guys just came through East Lansing a few weeks back playing at the Temple Club and have promised to return. The only thing about this band better than their album is their live performance. If you have a chance, see them live. And whether or not you can see these guys play, Composure is a must-have.
